PETITION TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP

TO: Secretary of the Board of Directors, Sierra View Association

Pursuant to Article VI, Section 3 of the Sierra View Association By-Laws, the undersigned 100+ voting members in good standing (one signature per lot) hereby petition for a Special Meeting of the Membership to be held for the following express purposes:

1. RESOLUTION TO TERMINATE/NON-RENEW MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

Purpose: To vote on a Binding Resolution of the Membership directing the Board of Directors to provide formal written notice of non-renewal and/or termination of the current property management contract with FirstService Residential (FSR). This notice shall be delivered in accordance with the contract’s notice period to ensure termination coincides with the 2026 expiration.

2. RESOLUTION TO FREEZE CONTRACTUAL EXPENDITURES

Purpose: To vote on a resolution prohibiting the Board from entering into any new multi-year management contracts or renewals exceeding $30,000 without a full membership vote, pursuant to the intent of Article IV, Section 1(e).
