Who are you people anyway?
We are a group of volunteers that have been tracking the (in)activities of this HOA closely for the last 3 years. Not just for ourselves but for our neighbors. We stand for the free use of land, honest leadership, and the need to inform as many residents on the state of affairs here at Sierra View to limit financial harm.
What is your plan to protect us all from financial harm?
The plan is to limit harm by amending Deed Restrictions. Abolish some of them completely, and amend some of them to keep the HOA and FSR from finding clever ways of generating cash. A key provision will be to connect the annual assessment (dues) to the maximum combined fees/fines the HOA may collect from any homeowner in 1 year. In addition, we plan to let the people decide their future with the circulation of 3 separate petitions: Terminate FSR, Amend Deed Restrictions, Terminate the HOA.
How will you spend the donations?
Donations are to pay for 1) postal services 2) pay for attorney's fees for matters relating to the petitions. 3) meetings to sign petitions at the municipal complex. We set up our non-profit to handle the money. Any unused money will be turned over to another non-profit to help disabled veterans.

I don't want trouble. Will you keep our names confidential?
All of our donors and members will remain private and off the record. We will collect petitions over the course of many months, and we will keep them locked up until we are ready to file them. Once filed, your name will be just one of more than 1000 names in Sierra View. You are not alone!
